Happy New Year! Ethan started his New Year's Eve celebrations bright and early with a trip to the Nintendo World store at Rockefeller Plaza. We had so much fun playing on Christmas that we decided to buy one for ourselves. There is a major shortage of Wii's for sale (all over the country) so in order to get one, Ethan arrived at the store at 6:30 AM and stood in line until the store opened at 10 AM. That's dedication! He arrived home with a Wii and a few games, which we played for hours! We had a quiet New Year's Eve with our friends Chad and Sarah - sushi dinner and some Wii fun. The fireworks at Grand Army Plaza (about a mile away) were visible from our living room windows and we watched Dick Clark on the TV count down in Times Square. After a night of boxing, pitching fastballs and swinging a driver, I woke up this morning with a sore right shoulder and arm. Maybe this Wii will help with my goal of getting in shape!
Happy 2008 everyone!
